Link In Bio

Terms of Service

Last updated May 13, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using Link In Bio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree — do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything that happens under your account. One account per person. The account must be tied to a working email; we use it for verification and recovery.

3. Your content

Anything you put on your bio page (text, images, links) remains yours. By posting it you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the service. You warrant that you own the rights to it.

4. Prohibited content

You may not post: illegal material, content that infringes others rights, phishing, fraud, spam, malicious links, material that exploits minors, calls to violence or discrimination. Violation = removal without warning and no refund (the service is free anyway).

5. Intellectual property

The Link In Bio brand, logo, UI design and source code belong to us. Your content belongs to you.

6. Your page URL

We do our best to keep the URL you pick (link-in-bio.us.com/{name}) yours for as long as you use the service. In rare cases we may need to reassign or adjust a URL — for example to resolve a verified trademark or impersonation claim, to release a long-abandoned page back to the community, to comply with a court order, or to keep our reserved-name namespace clean. We will email you in advance whenever we can, and if a change is necessary we will help you migrate any active links to the new address.

7. Termination

You can delete your account any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, with email notice where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep it stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or any indirect damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or a banner in the dashboard at least 30 days in advance. Continued use = acceptance of the new version.
